Install the lock body into the door and lock the upper and lower screws. You can choose to install the gusset plate. If the original gusset plate is compatible, you don’t need to install it.
The next step is to install the lock core. This lock core adopts a double-milling-edge-moment mortise lock, which is more secure and difficult to crack. Insert the lock core into the hole of the lock body and fix it with a long screw. Then, you can use a mechanical key to test whether the lock tongue and the lock can work normally and contract freely. If there is any problem, you need to adjust the lock body again. After the completion, we basically won’t use these two keys at ordinary times, and we can put them away as an emergency backup. In addition, in case the keys are lost, we only need to replace the lock core to avoid security problems.
Finally, install the inner and outer panels, cut the anti-lock ferrule to an appropriate length, select the appropriate square steel, bolts and screws to tighten the panel, and pay attention to the spring on the square steel contact surface of the inner panel. In addition, pay attention not to press the power cable when screwing the screws, so as not to cause power failure or other abnormal problems.
