　　Defendant Su Moumou (formerly known as Zhang Moujia and Zhang Mouyi), male, born on * * in 1994, Han nationality, citizen ID number 3712021994 * * * * * *, junior high school educated, mass, unemployed, and registered at * * Road, * * Town, Laiwu District, Jinan City. On June 3, 2015, he was sentenced to 6 months in prison and fined 2,000 yuan by the People’s Court of tianqiao district, Jinan; On August 14, 2017, he was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment and fined RMB5,000 by Qufu People’s Court for theft; On July 26, 2020, he was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment and fined RMB 10,000 by the people’s court of Dezhou Economic and Technological Development Zone for theft. He was released on July 25, 2020. On suspicion of theft, he was criminally detained by Taishan Branch of Tai ‘an Public Security Bureau on September 5, 2020, and was arrested by Taishan District People’s Procuratorate on October 10, 2020.

　　The case was investigated by Taishan Branch of Tai ‘an Public Security Bureau, Shandong Province, and the defendant Su Moumou was suspected of theft. On November 30, 2020, he was transferred to our hospital for review and prosecution. On December 1st, 2020, after accepting the case, our court informed the defendant of the right to entrust a defender and the possible legal consequences of pleading guilty, interrogated the defendant according to law, listened to the opinions of the defendant and the lawyer on duty, and reviewed all the case materials. The defendant agreed that the case should be tried by summary procedure.

　　According to the law, it is found that:

　　In August 2020, the defendant Su Moumou repeatedly committed theft in Jinan and Tai ‘an * * District, with a total value of 27,732 yuan.

　　1. On August 23rd, 2020, the defendant Su Moumou stole a computer and a computer mainframe in the West Auditorium of Shandong University Headquarters in Tai ‘an, and it was identified that the stolen items were worth 660 yuan.

　　2. On August 25th, 2020, the defendant Su Moumou stole a laptop, a camera and camera accessories in Area C of Teacher Education and Training Base in Area X, Tai ‘an City. After identification, the stolen items were valued at 21,138 yuan.

　　3. At about 15: 30 on August 7, 2020, the defendant Su Moumou stole a tablet computer of the victim Li Moumou, a tablet computer of the victim Kang Moumou and an Apple capacitance pen in the classroom of Building * * of Jinan * * University. After identification, the stolen items were worth 5,934 yuan.

　　Our court believes that the defendant Su Moumou secretly stole other people’s property for the purpose of illegal possession for many times, with a large amount, and his behavior violated the provisions of Article 264 of the Criminal Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC). The facts of the crime were clear and the evidence was true and sufficient, so he should be investigated for criminal responsibility for theft. The defendant Su Moumou is a recidivist and should be given a heavier punishment according to Article 65 of the Criminal Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC). The defendant Su Moumou voluntarily pleaded guilty and pleaded guilty, which can be treated leniently according to Article 15 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC). According to the provisions of Article 176 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC), if a public prosecution is initiated, please sentence it according to law.
