APP-side operation steps
First, scan the QR code of the applet
Use WeChat to scan the QR code below to enter the registration/login interface.
Second, apply for an account number
After scanning the QR code, the login interface is the default. You need to register the user name for the first scan, as shown in the figure below. Log in to the account after registration.
It is suggested that the registration of each hotel (apartment) number should be completed by the mobile phone number of the person in charge of the hotel (apartment), so as to modify the password and hand over the system after the project is completed.
III. Registered hotels (apartments)
After logging in, you will be prompted "Please register the hotel first", click "Register now", and then enter the name and address of the hotel (apartment). The name of the hotel needs more than 4 words, and the address of the hotel needs more than 8 words. After filling in, click "Register" to prompt "Registration is successful".
Fourth, add a gateway
Click "Next, Bind Gateway" after successful registration to add gateways. You can manually enter the gateway device number, click the input box to open the QR code on the code scanning gateway to add the serial number, and then click Bind Gateway. For example, a hotel (apartment) will use multiple gateways, so you can add them all at once, and then bind the gateways. The interface is shown in the following figure. After all gateways are added, power on the gateways to access the network and perform the next door lock addition operation.
Five, add a door lock
1. Lock binding
After the gateway is added, you will enter the Add Door Lock interface. Brush the authorization card on the installed and powered door lock, and the list in this interface will automatically refresh and display the corresponding door lock information, as shown in Figure 1 below. Click the lock name to enter the next step to edit the information of the door lock. (The factory password of the password lock is 123456, which will be automatically deleted after binding, and the door lock can be unbound by twisting the mechanical key for 5 seconds.)
2. Add smart lock information
Click to open the door lock, and you can see the name of the hotel (apartment), the address of the hotel (apartment) and the ID number of the door lock. You can edit the building floor and the corresponding room number information on this page (as shown in Figure 2 below), and submit it for saving after completion.
3. Add more smart locks
After the first smart lock is added, other door locks can be added by repeating steps 1 and 2. After all the door locks are added, the PC interface can be operated.
Six, room management
Newly bound door locks need to be unlocked once by pressing the remote unlock button, and there will be a prompt if the lock is successful.
Step 2 send the password
Click Send Password to send online passwords and offline passwords with different aging. The passwords are six digits, which can be randomly generated by the system or entered by yourself.
Step 3 send an IC card
With NFC function, the mobile phone can directly stick the card on the back of the mobile phone, and then click Send IC card to send the door-opening room cards with different aging. (The card is M1. If there is no NFC function, you need to enter the card number, and the card number should be read on the computer with the card issuing machine.)
4. Code scanning authorization
Scanning the QR code of the door lock to open the door requires scanning the code of the mobile phone number first, and the authorization time limit can be selected by yourself.
5. Password management
Click Password Management to display all online passwords and offline passwords. Click a password to cancel or modify the aging of the password.
6.IC card management
Click IC card management to display all the issued room cards, and click a room card to cancel or modify the aging of the room card.
7. QR code management
Click on the QR code management to display all users who have been authorized to open the door by scanning the code. Click on a user to cancel or modify the aging of the user.
8. Open the door record
For this, you can query the use record of the door lock. The record can be kept for 6 months, and it will be automatically deleted after the time is exceeded.
9. Power switch
It can display the status of the power switch of the room and the recent power-taking record.
10. Settings
Click Settings to modify the building floor and room number of this room.
PC-side operation steps
First, computer login
Open the website with Google browser on the computer: gulijia.dmsiot
After entering the user name and password to log in, the rooms bound on the mobile phone will be displayed on the main interface of the computer synchronously. The left side of the door lock management system is the main functional area, including room list, gateway list, user list, key list, operation log, sub-account and setting function. The function list can be hidden and displayed by clicking the arrow above.
This interface is mainly used to control the bound room list, and the area above the main interface displays the total number of rooms, the number of rooms that have checked in and the number of rooms that have not checked in. The search panel is mainly used for accurate search of room numbers.
Second, right-click the room setting function
2. Check-in Registration: Click Check-in Registration as shown in the figure below, and you can choose mobile phone check-in (you can receive SMS notification and WeChat official account’s push), password check-in (you only receive WeChat official account’s push), online card check-in and offline card check-in.
3. Remote power transmission/remote power transmission: remotely control the power switch.
4. Set as maintenance room/empty dirty room/empty clean room: according to the room status, the room can be divided into three modes: maintenance room, empty dirty room and empty clean room, and can be set at will. (Only the empty room mode can be used for room check-in)
5. Set to normally open mode: this function is normally open. After setting this mode successfully, you can enter the normally open mode by entering the password at the door lock;
6. Lock two-code download: The two-code of each lock is independent and inconsistent. If the user needs to use the QR code to scan the code to unlock, he can scan the pop-up QR code (authorization is required to scan the code to open the door).
Third, double-click the room number setting function
Double-click the room number to pop up the setting box as shown in the figure below.
1. Remote control
Remote unlocking: remote unlocking operation is carried out to directly and remotely unlock the door lock.
Remote locking: lock the lock. After locking, all keys will not be cleared, but the lock cannot be unlocked (key, password, card, QR code).
Remote unlocking: Unlock the lock, and the valid key before unlocking can also unlock it (key, password, card, QR code).
Step 2 send the password
Password management is divided into two categories, namely online password and offline password. Online passwords need to be sent remotely. By default, they will be valid from the current time to 24 hours after the next day. After the password is sent remotely, there will be feedback on whether it was issued successfully. If there is a network failure in the door lock network, the lock can be unlocked by sending an offline password, which does not need to be sent to the lock, and can be unlocked directly with the password.
3. Card management
Card issuing and unlocking: first, select the start time and end time of the card number, access the card issuing machine, put the card on the card reader, and the card number field will display the card number of the card. After clicking Send, you can use the card to unlock the corresponding door lock.
4. Code scanning authorization
Enter the added user’s mobile phone number in the code scanning authorization column. After clicking Send, WeChat official account will push the message of successful authorization to the corresponding mobile phone user. After the user is authorized, he can use the code scanning function of WeChat to code and unlock.
5. Key management
The key management interface is shown in the figure below. You can manage the keys that have been issued or have been issued before, and you can choose to empty, cancel the issued passwords and re-enable the cancelled passwords. After clearing and deleting, all passwords will be deleted and invalid, and the door lock will be in a state where there is no password to open.
Step 6 open the door record
The interface of door opening record is shown below. You can query the usage record of this door lock. The record can be saved for 6 months, and it will be automatically deleted after the time is exceeded.
Step 7 set up
The setting interface is shown below. You can edit the building, floor and room number information of the house, and at the same time, you can delete the door lock, so that it is no longer bound to the gateway of the hotel (apartment) and enters the factory mode.
Fourth, the gateway list
The gateway that has been bound into the account name of the hotel (apartment) can be queried in the gateway list, as shown in the figure below. After entering this interface, the system will automatically query whether the gateway is online. Users can also edit the name of the gateway and identify the location for subsequent management.
Five, open the door log can display all the lock unlock records, save 6 months use records.
Six, set the sub account
After the sub-account is successfully set, you can log in through the sub-account. Without the permission set, this function cannot be used after the sub-account is logged in.
VII. Settings
The setting interface mainly has the functions of WeChat WeChat official account setting, SMS setting and multiple hotel switching.
The WeChat WeChat official account setting option is mainly used to bind the service number operated by the hotel or apartment itself. After the binding is successful, you can push the information in WeChat official account of the hotel (apartment);
SMS Settings: If the SMS notification function is turned on, the password can be sent to the user’s mobile phone synchronously by filling in the user’s mobile phone number when sending the password;
Hotel (apartment) switching: If one account corresponds to multiple hotels, you can switch to view and operate the information of each hotel (apartment) in the hotel (apartment) switching list.
Eight, the total card, building card, floor card.
Cards can be recycled at the bottom of the computer. Click the business card printing function to select building cards, floor cards and master cards.
