How to install the magnetic lock?
Step 1: Before installation, first open the cover plate of the single-door magnetic lock with a screwdriver, and then open the side plate with a hexagon wrench. For safety precautions, the magnetic lock will use screws such as hexagon socket to fix the side plate.
Step 2, close the wooden door or glass door, take out the installation cardboard and put it in the locked position along the folding diagram, mark the opening of the door frame and door, and then punch holes with an electric drill.
The third step, this step is more important. First, insert the hexagon socket head screw into the relay plate, put the rubber tile between two pieces of metal tile, and then put it on the hexagon socket head screw. Insert the relay iron plate into the three holes punched in the door, insert the nut head from the other side of the door at the same time, lock the relay iron plate on the door with a hexagon wrench, and then fix the side plate on the previously punched door frame with two semicircular head screws. (Be careful not to lock the side plate at this time, it can be used for position correction before fixing.)
Step 4, correct the position of the side plate to make it suitable for the relay iron plate, so that the lock can be in precise contact with the relay iron plate. Fix the lock body of the magnetic lock and the side plate. After locking the semicircular head screws of the side plate, lock all the countersunk head screws, then remove the semicircular head screws and drill holes at appropriate positions for wiring.
Step 5, connect the wires according to the instructions, cover the cover plate, and plug the small aluminum cylinder into the screw hole of the lock body. At this time, it can be electrified for testing. If the test passes, the installation and use of the magnetic lock will be completed.
