Chen Mou, a 21-year-old Anhui boy, was once jailed for theft. On July 30th this year, he went to the girls’ dormitory of a hotel in Bazi Street, Xuzhou, Jiangsu, and stole a mobile phone and a small amount of cash. When fleeing, it happened to rain. In order to avoid the rain, Chen Mou stamped a pedicure shop, but in this shop, Chen Mou found nothing. Unexpectedly, he took revenge for it.

In the Bazi Street community in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, a female employee dormitory of a hot pot restaurant in the 1818 Food Plaza was stolen at night. The police found the suspect by collecting the on-site surveillance video. Through monitoring, we can see that the suspect did not leave immediately after the theft was completed, but returned to the girls’ dormitory again to continue the theft. Chloe Wang, deputy director of the police station, said that the suspect had repeatedly stolen three handbags and a mobile phone three times. After three times, the suspect left the scene with these things.

　　The suspect went back and forth to the crime scene three times, involving a value of about 2,000 yuan. The follow-up police continued to track the suspect’s trajectory after he left the scene, and found that he lost his trace after the Bazi Street Bridge went north, so there was no way to inquire.

　　In mid-August this year, another similar case occurred in Gulou District, Jiangsu Province. After the analysis of serial cases, the police quickly identified the identity of the suspect and arrested the suspect Chen Mou in early September. After the trial, Chen Mou not only confessed four cases of burglary, but also confessed that on July 30th, he was also suspected of attempted theft and set fire to a massage parlor.

　　On the same day, after the suspect Chen Mou fled from the Bazi Street community, it rained heavily when passing the Bazi Street underpass. In order to shelter from the rain, he stopped by a nearby massage parlor to take shelter from the rain and wanted to see what was valuable in the house. As a result, because this massage shop has just been renovated and there are no valuables in it, there is no stealing. The suspect became angry from embarrassment. When he left, he set a fire in this room, set the whole massage parlor on fire, and then fled the scene.

　　After the trial, the suspect is currently suspected of four thefts and one arson, and has been arrested by the inspection authorities.
