How to install the electromagnetic lock
Step 1: firstly, open the cover plate with a screwdriver, and then use a hexagon wrench to edge the plate to prepare for installation.
Step 2: Take out the installation cardboard, fold the cardboard along the dotted line, put the cardboard in the position to be locked as shown in Figure 2, then mark the place to be punched and punch it.
Step 3:
A. After fixing the iron plate, insert the hexagon socket head screw into the iron plate, place the rubber tile between two pieces of metal tiles, and then put it on the hexagon socket head screw. Insert the relay iron plate into the three holes punched in the door, insert the mushroom head from the other side of the door at the same time, and lock the relay iron plate on the door with a hexagon wrench.
B. Fixing the side plate Fix the side plate on the previously punched door frame (fixed in the long hole of the side plate) with two semicircular head screws. Note: Do not lock the side plate, so that it can move back and forth to facilitate the correction of the installation position.
C, correct the position of the side plate to make the position of the side plate and the relay iron plate suitable, so that the lock body can be in close contact with the relay iron plate.
D: After the lock body and the side plate are fixed, lock all countersunk screws, then remove the countersunk screws, and drill holes at appropriate positions for wiring. Finally, lock the lock body on the side plate with a hexagon wrench.
